Cancellation Policy – Unless the booking is through a third party (which may have different criteria) our cancellation policy is for refund in full, less a $20 booking fee, on cancellation at any time up until 14 days before the booked date. There is no refund on cancellation after this time unless the room/unit relets in part or all of the booked dates in which case we will refund in part or in full less booking fee as before.
